Founded by staffing experts who grew tiresome of the antiquated methods for finding Candidates and Developing Business, Spartan Strategics LLC is the product of two professionals' entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others. We were able to turn our unique backgrounds into an interesting synergy, eventually forming an executive recruiting firm that specializes in the behavioral health industry. Specifically niched in the substance abuse/addiction field, our recruiters are adept at finding quality talent for the most difficult positions...

Our senior leadership and each of our recruiters are experienced in staffing everything from entry-level positions to senior-level management and executives. There's no job too big or small. We welcome the most difficult searches and relish the challenge of finding that one perfect Candidate. Truth be told, the more specific the qualifications, the more we excel!!!

We recruit for facilities nationwide and would welcome international organizations as well. Although our central headquarters are located in South Florida, our recruiters  and overall reach extend far beyond state borders. We are currently recruiting for Clients from Connecticut to California. Because South Florida is the addiction recovery capital of the world, we choose to call Jupiter our home.
